In keeping with the quality homes that Seapointe Homes builds and the strict attention to detail we have entered the HIA CSR Housing Awards on 3 occasions, 2008, 2012 and 2016.

In 2008, Seapointe Homes won the Brisbane Custom Built Home Award in the category up to $250,000 at the HIA-CSR Brisbane/Queensland Housing Awards. Recognised by the Housings Industry Association for our innovative but affordable homes, our business was commended for offering great value for money along with top design.

In 2012, Seapointe Homes entered two dwellings at Fraser Island in the renovation/addition project up to $300,000 which entailed lowering two dwellings on stumps. The degree of difficulty, logistics etc won Seapointe Homes a Judges Meritorious Award.

Then in 2016, Seapointe Homes entered a speculative home constructed for a Melbourne based client in the HIA-CSR Custom Built Home up to $300,000 category and took out the winners award again

Seapointe Homes have never specifically designed nor specifically built a home to enter into the Housing Awards. However, the 3 times we’ve entered and won awards, the homes were just every day constructions for our clients. In brief, all our homes are built to exceptional award winning standards.

Key features of our designs include the use of pillarless corner doors and butt glass windows.

Working in conjunction with talented artist and designer, Aden Jacobi, we create homes that appeal to our clients, whilst incorporating original features to ensure every building is unique and not mass produced. Great attention to detail is key in all our work and can include gables, pillarless corner doors, butt glass windows, as well as fully termite treated frames and trusses.
